  • Follow up on live opportunities and keep records accurate and timely
  • Support senior brokers with market notes, pricing references and documentation
Preferred experience
  • 0–2 years in sales, trading support, logistics or a commercial internship
  • Confident written and spoken business English; further languages welcome
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, CRM discipline and structured follow-up
  • Interest in physical commodities and international trade

Commodity Broker

Responsibilities
  • Develop and hold direct relationships with buyers, producers and end-users
  • Translate counterparty requirements into workable specifications and terms
  • Progress opportunities through diligence, documentation and closing support
  • Coordinate with logistics and compliance on Incoterms, documents and payment terms
  • Maintain accurate deal records and reporting to the desk
Preferred experience
  • 2+ years in physical commodity trading, brokerage or international B2B sales
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and common payment instruments
  • Demonstrated ability to source and qualify counterparties independently
  • Discretion and a compliance-first approach to counterparty handling

Logistics Specialist

  • Plan routings and bookings for bulk, container and breakbulk cargoes
  • Prepare and check shipping documentation, including B/L, phyto and certificates of origin
  • Coordinate forwarders, surveyors, terminals and carriers to the load window
  • Track shipments and escalate delays, demurrage exposure and discrepancies
Preferred experience
  • 3+ years in freight forwarding, chartering or commodity operations
  • Confident with Incoterms 2020 and documentary requirements
  • Calm under operational pressure across multiple live shipments
